Finanzmarktaufsicht und WU Wien bringen Finanzinformationen in den Schulunterricht: „Finanzbildung ist Lebensbildung“

By decision of 31.07.2026 the company was ordered to cease unlicensed commercial discretionary portfolio management on an individual client basis where the portfolio includes one or more crypto-assets, under § 11 Z 3 MiCA-VVG in conjunction with Art. 59 para. 1 and Art. 3 para. 1 no. 16 lit. i MiCAR.
